When you create an Account, we'll send a verification link to the email address you used to create the account. If you don't verify your address, you may not be able to proceed with the MSC Application.
If you never received an email from us, there’s a few places the email may have landed; spam, junk, and bulk mail folders. Sometimes our emails are blocked or filtered as spam by certain email providers or internet service providers (ISPs), so take a look in your spam, junk or bulk folders.
To request a new email, click the Resend confirmation button and check your email again.
Please note that this is a beta version of the MSC Status online application which is still under testing phase, and may contain errors including bugs, glitches, lack of functionality or other problems on the application or may not work correctly or in the same way as the final released version. Without limiting the generality of any disclaimer in the declaration, you agree that the application is provided "as is" and "as available". In any event, if such errors occur, kindly let us know immediately to enable us to rectify the same accordingly. In the same time, your application will "be process" by MDEC and the application status will be communicated to your accordingly.
